We are located approximately 10 minutes away from the Cancun International Airport on Boulevard Kukulcan Km. 18.5, in Cancun’s hotel zone.

There is a bus stop right in front of the resort and the fare is $1 USD for a one-way ticket.
The bus route goes down to the nightclubs and bar area, and it takes approximately 15 minutes to get there from the resort.

For every adult who pays for a single or double room, a child from 0 to 2 years old can stay free of charge.

In your all-inclusive package you can enjoy our house wines; if you want to consume a particular wine we have a wide variety for sale. Ask for this service in any of our food and beverage outlets.
We have three family pools: "Coco Loco", "Las Brisas" and "Las Conchas" and also an exclusive pool for adults-only called "Club Caribe".
The Club Caribe pool operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Yes, we have lifeguards located on the beach from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Yes, we have two tennis courts for your enjoyment.
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and you can book with the entertainment team who are next to the mini golf.
Yes, the service is free and is available in all resort facilities.
As part of your amenities you can enjoy the drinks inside the minibar without any cost. This service will be restocked every day.

The minibar in your room includes four bottles of water, two bottles of juice, four cans of beer and four soft drinks.
Yes, from 4 to 12 years old they can make use of the zipline.
The zipline is open from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Yes, we have two areas: Tutuch snack and Midway late snack.

For our specialty restaurants a casual dress code is observed (no beach sandals, no tank tops).
For the Sans Souçis restaurant a formal dress code is required: gentlemen - long trousers, collared shirt and closed shoes; ladies - skirt, dress pants, dress sandals.
